HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Order online 24/7 via the website. Payments on the website are made through the secure website paypal with Credit/Debit card OR your Paypal balance. You do not need a Paypal account for credit card payments.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are sent via Australia Post with the choice of Regular or Express Post.

We strive to have your order sent ASAP with next day or same day posting (Mon-Fri) if possible.

We do not ship outside Australia.

We strive to choose the fastest and safest arrival for your order.

Most items are in stock and we strive to have your order sent same day if possible.

If you have a RUSH ORDER call us first we may be able to help you!

You are most welcome to pick up your order from our central Coast showroom (by appointment only). If you wish to order/pay online with credit card and pick up from our showroom please click the pick up option at the check out to eliminate the postage fee. Your order will not be processed if you wish it to be posted and the pick up option is ticked.

PLEASE NOTE: If an item is unavailable you will be notified within 24 hrs via email or telephone if you provide number. Please check your emails in case of unforseen unavailability.

Within NSW       1-3 business days
Interstate       3-7 business days

PLEASE NOTE: Rural areas may take longer. We do not accept international orders at this stage. To save you postage time if something is out of stock we may send direct from our Australian  manufacturer. As we strive to have your order sent as promptly as possible.

 

      USING THE WEBSITE

  • To order use the website add to cart buttons.
  • Be sure to select the appropriate colour and size. If you are unsure please phone , email or use sizing guide on each individual product picture.
  • If you have a RUSH ORDER please phone or email us as we may be able to help you!
  • Please give an address (home, work, family member, neighbour) where your parcel can be delivered the safest way.
  • Add a contact number to your order in case of unforseen unavailability.

DO YOU REFUND/EXCHANGE?

We are happy to exchange or refund items. However they need to be within 21 working days of your receiving the order. Postage costs are non-refundable. Items need to be returned in their original condition and in an unworn state with original receipt. You are also liable for the return postage charges. Refunds are made back through Paypal.
